our founding members

Sridhar Pattisapu

Sridhar was born and brought up in India. He moved to the USA in 1999 for employment. He is currently working at KPMG as a Managing Director. Sridhar played cricket for his school and college growing up and continued his passion for the sport in the US. He has been playing in various leagues in New Jersey for over 22 years. He is an active member in the cricket community in the US and plays for New Jersey Titans Cricket Club in Cricket League of New Jersey. He is passionate about promoting the sport he loves and conducted cricket camps and organized cricket tournaments at his workplace.

Haresh Lala

Haresh is Head of Talent Management at Mavericks and was born and raised in the cricket scene in Mumbai, India. He is a technology professional and works for a large insurance as Head Of Platform Architecture and Engineering. He played for Thane District U16, represented his school, and played in an engineering league in Mumbai. He continued his cricket journey in the US, playing for various hardball and softball leagues in New Jersey. He is passionate about identifying and grooming young cricketers and is also an active contributor to charity organizations in the US and India.
